This Regency Era Quiz Will Reveal If You're More Emma Woodhouse Or Elizabeth Bennet
Emma Woodhouse
You're most like Emma! In other words, you must be "handsome, clever, and rich" (or at least one of those things!) Of course, as Jane Austen also tells us right off the bat, Emma is a touch spoiled ("having rather too much her own way") and a bit conceited ("a disposition to think a little too well of herself"). But we're certain you more closely resemble the transformed Emma at the end of the novel, the one who's learned that her views are not always superior and that some things (and people) are better left alone. Even at her worst, though, there's something endearing about Emma. She's imaginative, fun, and endlessly optimistic. For all her meddling and insensitive impulses, we know that her heart is in the right place and she really does want the best for people — it just takes her a little while to realize that she doesn't always know what that is.
